My name is Oleg Nurmuradov, I am originally from Ashgabat,Turkmenistan which used to be part of the Soviet Union. My family and I have moved to Medicine Hat, Alberta in June 2005 and have lived here since then. Family is very important to me, I am the oldest out of three, I have a younger sister and a younger brother. I attended Medicine Hat High School from grade 10-12, at which time I discovered that I really liked, and was good at Cross-Country running, Track and Field, and also learned, and became passionate about playing the guitar. During my time at Medicine Hat High School I became very good at Track and Field and at which point I joined the Medicine Hat Panthers (Track and Field Club) as an athlete and got a chance to compete at many exciting races. After being an athlete at Medicine Hat Panthers I became a Co-Coach of the club, at which point I discovered that i really loved working with kids and teaching them and coaching them the proper form, workouts, and much more; it was at this point that I discover that I would love to be a teacher. While attending Medicine Hat College i am also an Assistant Coach at Medicine Hat High School for Cross-Country, and Track and Field teams. As well I know that part of being a teacher as well part of anything you do in life is building and having great connections with colleagues, and I am happy to say that I am attending this journey on becoming a teacher with my best friend Albert Musliu who also has a portfolio and you can see it by clicking this link.
